Templates and assets done. Now: migrations, start server detached, verify pages.
First run: makemigrations dashboard && migrate. Then start detached server. Per memory: detached processes need sandbox disabled. Use DETACHED_PROCESS via python -c or start command? On Windows git-bash: use `start` won't detach well. Memory says "spawn long jobs with DETACHED_PROCESS + log file and poll". Use python subprocess with creationflags:
