[{"type":"text","text":"Conversations section is live and committed (`c9ee5cb`).\n\n**What you get in the new menu item:**\n\n- **`/conversations/`** — all 10 sessions with stage/title, start time, model, message count, token usage, and cost.\n- **Session view** (`/conversations/3/`) — every message as a card, line by line:\n  - Header: `#id`, role badge (user/assistant), full timestamp, token counts\n  - **Thinking** blocks (purple, italic, collapsible with char count)\n  - **Tool calls** — name, success/fail tag, input arguments, and the full result output (collapsible)\n  - Plain text replies, fully expanded with pre-wrap for long content\n  - **Full-text search** (uses the DB's FTS5 index — e.g. \"Riemann\" → 7 hits) and filters: Prompts / Thinking / Replies / Tool use\n- **Single-message view** (`/conversations/3/msg/12/`) — everything expanded, plus:\n  - **← prev / next →** buttons, **arrow-key navigation**, position (\"12 of 148\")\n  - **Jump-to-id** box to go directly to any message number\n  - Raw `content_json` database row view for completeness\n  - Sticky nav bar so controls stay visible while reading long messages\n\nAll access to `agent.db` is read-only (`mode=ro`), consistent with the hard rule.
