Two notes:
1. **I read "Hardness" as "Harness"** — say the word if you want the label changed.
2. The running server had cached the old template, so a restart was needed; I've logged in RH-WEBSITE.md that template edits require a restart from now on (CSS/JS changes go live immediately).
