The bash shell mangled `$_.CommandLine` (interpreted `$_` as bash variable → `/usr/bin/bash`?). Actually `$_.CommandLine` became `/usr/bin/bash.CommandLine` — bash expanded `$_`. Use a PowerShell script file approach or single quotes carefully. In bash, use single quotes around the whole PowerShell command so `$_` isn't expanded.
