The bogus row is gone, but the REAL D-052 row also disappeared?! It shows only D-053 and D-054. Wait — the original D-052 row had the full title. The delete was `where id='D-052' and title='x'` — only matches the bogus one. But the listing shows no D-052 at all. Did add-derivation for the bogus D-052 REPLACE the original (INSERT OR REPLACE)? If db.py uses INSERT OR REPLACE keyed by id, then my bogus insert overwrote the real D-052 row, and then I deleted it. Need to re-add the real D-052 row with its original title (from earlier output): 'D-052', 'Phase 4 synthesis: result inventory, best theorems T-1/T-2/T-3 final forms + classifications, final obstruction map', task '4.1/4.2', status 'complete', file 'research/derivations/D-052-phase4-synthesis.md', date '2026-08-19'.
The bogus insert replaced the real D-052 row (INSERT OR REPLACE keyed by id), and my delete removed it. Re-registering the real D-052.
