Two issues:
1. V5: partial sum 0.569861 + tail 0.001021 = 0.570882 > 0.5699. The true value −ζ′/ζ(2) = 0.5699...? Let me compute: −ζ′/ζ(2) = Σ Λ(n)/n². Actual value ≈ 0.5699? My partial sum to 1e4 gives 0.569861 and tail bound (log N+1)/N = 10.2/1e4 = 0.00102 — too big. The true tail Σ_{n>N} Λ(n)/n² ~ log N/N = 9.2e-4... hmm actually Σ_{n>N} Λ(n)/n² ≈ ∫_N^∞ log x/x² dx·... = (log N + 1)/N — that IS the right order, so true Z₂ ≈ 0.5699 + 0.0009 ≈ 0.5708?? Then D-036's "0.5699" was the true value of −ζ′/ζ(2)? Compute directly: −ζ′/ζ(2): ζ(2) = 1.6449; ζ′(2) = −0.9375; ratio = 0.9375/1.6449 = 0.5699... Hmm ζ′(2) ≈ −0.9375482543. −ζ′/ζ(2) = 0.9375482543/1.6449340668 = 0.56996... So Z₂ ≈ 0.5700. The partial sum should approach 0.57 — 0.569861 at N=1e4 with true tail ~ (log N)/N·(1+...) — Σ_{n>N}Λ(n)/n²: Λ has mean... PNT: Σ_{n≤x}Λ(n) ~ x; Σ_{n>N} Λ(n)/n² ≈ ∫_N^∞ dt/t = divergent?? No wait: Σ Λ(n)/n² converges (it's −ζ′/ζ(2) < ∞). Tail: Σ_{n>N} Λ(n)n^{-2} ≈ ∫_N^∞ (log t)·t^{-2} dt·(density... by PNT Λ behaves like log t on average over dt measure... Σ_{n>N} Λ(n)/n² ≈ ∫_N^∞ (log t)/t² d(ψ-ish)/... ≈ ∫_N^∞ log t/t² ·dt·(1/log t)?? no. Simply: Σ_{n>N} Λ(n)/n² where Λ(n) ~ log n on primes powers density 1/log n·... expected tail = ∫_N^∞ (log t/t²)·dt/log t = ∫_N^∞ dt/t² = 1/N = 1e-4. So true tail ~ 1e-4, meaning partial + tail ≈ 0.5699+0.0001 ≈ 0.5700 ✓. My tail bound (log N+1)/N = 1.02e-3 is 10× too lossy. Use a sharper elementary tail: Σ_{n>N} Λ(n)/n² ≤ Σ_{n>N} log n/n² ≤ ∫_{N-1}^∞ log x/x² dx = (log(N−1)+1)/(N−1) ≈ 1.02e-3 — same. Sharper: Λ(n) ≤ log n is tight at primes; the sum Σ log n/n² tail is genuinely ~ (log N)/N = 9e-4? Wait: ∫_N^∞ log x/x² dx = (log N + 1)/N = 0.00102 at N=1e4. Hmm but the true tail of ΣΛ(n)/n² should be ~1/N by PNT (primes have density 1/log n, each contributing log n/n² = log p/p²...). Σ_{p>N} log p/p² ≈ ∫_N^∞ (log t/t²)·(dt/log t) = ∫_N^∞ dt/t² = 1/N = 1e-4. But the crude bound Λ(n) ≤ log n for ALL n gives Σ_{n>N} log n/n² ~ (log N)/N — 10× lossy because non-prime-powers don't have Λ = log n. To certify Z₂ ≤ 0.571: partial 0.569861 + sharper tail. Options: (i) just use more terms: N = 1e6: tail bound (log 1e6+1)/1e6 = 1.5e-5; partial sum to 1e6 = 0.569861 + tail-true(1e4..1e6 ≈ 1e-4−1e-6 ≈ 1e-4) ≈ 0.56996 + bound 1.5e-5 → 0.569975 ≤ 0.5699? No — 0.569975 > 0.5699 barely. Hmm the true value is 0.569955...? Then certified bound: partial(1e6) + 1.5e-5 ≈ 0.56996+0.000015 = 0.569975. So certify Z₂ ≤ 0.5700. Change the certified value to 0.5700 (or 0.571). The I_I usage: |ζ′/ζ| ≤ 2^{-(σ₁−2)}·Z₂ — using 0.5700 fine. Update D-056 to Z₂ = 0.5700 (was 0.5699 — cosmetic). N = 1e6 sieve: fast enough (~1-2s numpy).
2. margin(ngrid) with array n — B_bound not vectorized (float(n) fails on array). Fix: make B_bound handle arrays (np.sqrt works; float(n) → remove; exp fine). Simplest: vectorize B_bound with np.
Fix both.
Two fixes: the Z₂ tail bound needs more terms (true value is ≈0.5700, so certify ≤ 0.5700), and `B_bound` needs vectorization.
