The `cmd /c "lake build Solution && ..."` — cmd.exe may have spawned lake which failed instantly (e.g., lake not found in cmd's PATH?) — no: env PATH was set. Or the whole chain finished very fast? Solution builds in 5 min after Zeta23 is built... possible but log would show PrintAxioms output. Empty log + no processes = something died. The lingering cmd.exe processes might be the detached wrappers whose children died.
