Now the final commit. Files to stage: - research/journal/session-012.md (new) - research/derivations/D-062-SfBound-triage.md (new) - research/derivations/D-061-lean-build-and-skeletons.md (modified) - research/paper/draft.tex (modified) - STATE.md (modified) - NGUYEN.md (modified) - research/research.db (modified) - session-012-notes.txt (untracked — commit as part of the record; it was the directive file) Also draft.bbl/draft.blg were untracked at session start (generated by bibtex) — check .gitignore handling; they were listed as untracked in the initial git status. draft.pdf is gitignored per STATE.md. What about .bbl/.blg? They appeared as untracked ?? in git status at conversation start. Hmm — the bibtex run just regenerated them. Were they meant to be committed? They showed as untracked before my bibtex run too (session 010/011 didn't commit them). Check .gitignore: if not ignored, prior sessions left them untracked — leave them out (consistent with prior practice) — actually wait, if draft.pdf is gitignored but .bbl isn't, that's an oversight from earlier sessions, not mine to fix silently. Leave .bbl/.blg untracked as before. Actually — hmm, for the paper to compile for others, .bbl is generated by bibtex; standard practice varies. Prior sessions left them untracked; keep consistent, don't stage. Commit now.
Final commit of the session documentation.
