Git identity not configured. The Git Safety Protocol says NEVER update the git config. Previous commits exist though (0c2aa9c etc.) — so commits were made before... maybe with a local config that's been lost, or with `-c` flags, or by another tool. Let me check the existing config (reading is fine) and how previous commits were authored.
