Both phases now render as proper lists on the live site.
Should I log this in RH-WEBSITE.md §7 Done? The file tracks website changes ("Done" list under improvement backlog). This is a bug fix — consistent with past entries (healthcheck, data-freshness line were also logged). RH-WEBSITE.md is one of the two writable paths. I'll add a brief Done entry for 2026-08-22 covering both fixes (git_log encoding + list rendering). That keeps the website ops doc current. It's a small, appropriate addition.
Then report to the user. The user asked to fix and let them know. Also mention the uncommitted state of web/ changes (both fixes). Keep it brief.
