My greps keep returning nothing — something's off with the search. Ring.lean:351 uses `← tsum_neg` in simp_rw — so tsum_neg exists SOMEWHERE in scope. Let me grep the whole Mathlib directory for "tsum_neg" as a declaration differently — maybe it's `theorem tsum_neg` in Mathlib/Topology/Algebra/InfiniteSum/Group.lean but my grep of Group.lean found nothing... Actually wait — my earlier grep `grep -n "tsum_add\|tsum_sub\|tsum_neg" .../Group.lean` returned NOTHING but also no error. Weird. Maybe the file doesn't exist at that path? `ls` earlier showed Group.lean exists. Let me grep Group.lean for "neg" loosely. Actually — maybe these are in `Mathlib/Topology/Algebra/InfiniteSum/Basic.lean`? Let me grep for "tsum_neg" in the entire Mathlib tree without path restrictions (the earlier tree-wide greps might have failed silently due to path issues — I was cd'd into mathlib and grepped Mathlib/ — should work...). Let me try ripgrep-style via the Grep tool instead of bash.
Shell greps are misbehaving — switching to the Grep tool.
