V4 failed: assembly_over_honestBn reaches 1.000000 at 1e20 and 9e24 — the honest ASSEMBLY (my pieces) converges to the honest Bn exactly (ratio → 1.0 from below: 0.9898 → 0.9966 → 0.9996 → 0.999996 → 1.0). The margin between assembly and honest Bn shrinks to ~1 relative at 1e20/9e24 — because my "honest_assembly" function uses the SAME forms as Bn_honest plus the horizontal integral which is only slightly smaller than the baked share. At huge n, the difference (assembly − honestBn) = 2(e⁴+1)·[(NI + 5.5·(10.5 log+48) + 3.3) − (7Ĥ + 3.3)] — the baked share 7Ĥ = 21Ĉ₀² + 73.5 log + 336; my integral ≈ NI + 5.5·(10.5 log + 48) + 3.3 ≈ (1.2L·log L + 57.75L + 264) — the baked share grows 21·(0.433L)² ≈ 3.94L² vs mine ~57.75L — the DIFFERENCE grows ≈ 3.94L². At 9e24: L ≈ 29, diff ≈ 2(e⁴+1)·(3.94·841 − 57.75·29 − ...) ≈ 110·(3313−1675) ≈ 180,000 — but the table shows ratio 1.0 at 9e24 (assembly = honestBn to 8 digits) — meaning at 9e24 the difference is < 10⁻⁷ relative: 4.43×10¹⁵ vs diff 1.8×10⁵ ≈ 4×10⁻¹¹ relative — rounds to 1.000000. But is it < 1 or > 1? The CSV shows assembly_over_honestBn = 1.0 (6 sig figs) — could be 0.9999999 or 1.0000001. At 1e20: 1.0 as well. At 1e16: 0.999996 — slightly under. At 1e20/9e24: exactly 1.0 to 6 digits — V4 demanded strict < 1 with mp precision — the check used mp.mpf(r[...]) on the 6-digit string — 1.0 < 1 is False. So V4's failure is a STRING-PRECISION artifact of my check (I rounded the ratio to 6 digits in the CSV then re-parsed). The underlying values: assembly < honestBn as long as the horizontal integral < baked share (V3 ✓ 0.24–0.40 always < 1) and all other pieces are IDENTICAL (bridge 4F = 4F, left = left, M₀, IIMaj, +1). So assembly = honestBn − 2(e⁴+1)·(bakedShare − integral) < honestBn STRICTLY always ✓. The V4 check is just poorly implemented (parses rounded strings). Fix: compute the comparison in mp precision directly, not via rounded strings.
Also interesting: honest_assembly/Bn_honest → 1.0 because my honest assembly's horiz uses the SAME 2(e⁴+1)(NI+...) form with the rest identical — the fold identity. Good — the design is: SfBoundProp's Bn = honest pieces AS PROVED (4F bridge, (2/3)Z2 left, horizontal-integral horiz) — wait, no: SfBoundProp's Bn is the corrected-Bn (with 7Ĥ horizontals), and the assembly proves pieces ≤ the corrected Bn's pieces. The horizontal integral ≤ 7Ĥ+3.3 (V3) is the only nontrivial per-piece fit ✓ < 1 everywhere by 2.5–4×.
So the fold design is VALIDATED: with the corrected Bn (4F, (2/3)Z2), each honest piece ≤ its Bn-share:
- bridge 4F = 4F (identity)
- left (2/3)Z2 = (2/3)Z2 (identity)
- horizontal-integral ≤ 7Ĥ + 3.3 (V3: ratio 0.24–0.40)
- M₀, IIMaj, triv: identities
⟹ assembly ≤ Bn_honest STRICTLY everywhere (V4 should pass with precise computation).
Fix the V4 check to compute precisely.
V4's failure is a string-precision artifact (comparing 6-digit rounded strings) — the fold itself is validated by V3 (horizontal integral strictly < baked share everywhere). Fixing the check to compute in full precision.
