Interesting — after first computation, subsequent calls are instant (caching! mpmath caches stieltjes computations — it computes a block and caches). And dps300 vs dps200 for γ_1000 agree exactly (rel diff 0) — the cached value may be shared... to truly test accuracy, need fresh process per dps. Let me test in separate processes: dps 200 vs 300 fresh, γ_1000, γ_2000.
Caching muddies the accuracy check — testing fresh processes at different precisions.

## SESSION 042 HEADLINES (review revision — see journal-042)
1. **Certificate RETRACTED + REPLACED (79c96f2)**: the user's top
   finding — Misguich–Voros (Voros 2020, Exp. Math. 29(4)) verifies a
DEFORMED Keiper–Li sequence Λ_n (G. Misguich, private communication
2017), not the ordinary λ_n, so the citation could not carry the
finite splice. Verified against the paper's own text (arXiv
   1703.02844). Replacement: **Johansson 2015 § 4.2** (Numer. Algor.
   69:253–270, arXiv 1309.2877) — rigorous interval-arithmetic
computation of the ORDINARY Keiper–Li coefficients λ_0…λ_{100000},
all positive (λ_100000 certified to ~2900 digits). Lean perimeter
   `LiVerifiedUpTo` reduced (5·10⁵) → (10⁵) (the assembly's hfinite
branch uses exactly n < 10⁵ — nothing else changes); rebuild GREEN
   (8775 jobs); audit re-run clean.
2. **Count caught by the user: EIGHT → SEVEN named hypotheses** (2
computational: RHUpTo, LiVerifiedUpTo; 5 analytic: ZeroCountProp,
   ZeroCountProp2, ZeroCountGlobalProp, NoLowZeros, MZeroProp). Fixed
in the paper (abstract/intro/App B + the verbatim signature),
LiClosed docstrings, NGUYEN.md, R-004, this file.
3. **Theorem statement ↔ trust boundary aligned**: both Theorem
environments now assume (i) RH verified to T₀ (Platt–Trudgian)
   (ii) λ_n > 0 for n ≤ 10⁵ (Step 5); Appendix B's new instantiation
list maps each of the seven hypotheses to its cited
