Issues to check before running:
1. `from importlib import import_module; E19 = ... if False else None` — leftover junk line, harmless but remove.
2. `weights_for(a, H_MAIN, zeros, x)` — calls E16.build(a,h) again (cached ✓) and rebuilds the ToeplitzBordered solver each call — fine, but in the main loop I already built `solver` — could reuse, but weights_for rebuilds it; wasteful but harmless. Actually V2 calls weights_for twice with different h — needs its own solver. Keep.
3. Runtime: the locate_zeros E matrix at a=12: 40000×2399 complex = 1.5 GB — E-019 did it ✓.
4. V2: `K4 = weights_for(4.0, H_MAIN, zeros5[:50], x5)` — uses x5 grid (h=0.005 nodes) with h=0.01 hat_FT?! BUG: K must be computed with matching (x, h) pair: b_z = hat_FT(z, h)·exp(−izx) with the x of that build. weights_for(4.0, 0.01, zeros5[:50], x5) uses build(4.0, 0.01) matrices Q,M (via cache) but x5 nodes — WRONG. Fix: use x from build(4.0, 0.01): x01, _, _, _, _ = E16.build(4.0, H_MAIN); K4 = weights_for(4.0, H_MAIN, zeros5[:50], x01). But also comparing at zeros5 (h=0.005 zeros) vs h=0.01 zeros — zero positions shift slightly with h; comparing K at the SAME z values (zeros5) between two discretizations is exactly the refinement check ✓ but K4 at zeros5 with the h=0.01 discretization ✓ fine.
5. In weights_for, the solver for h=0.005 build: n = 1599 ✓.
6. V0: `cp_schur = solver.solve(b[+1.0])` — real b, fine.
7. ToeplitzBordered with complex b: solve_toeplitz handles complex b with real c? scipy solve_toeplitz((c,r), b) — c real, b complex: should work (it promotes). ✓ probably. Test quickly.
8. μ sums: `u0.sum()` complex ✓.
9. O1: Ng uses `np.sum(gam <= t)` — gam only to Z_METRIC ✓.
10. The unused import E19 line — remove.
11. collect_t_points duplicated from E-019 ✓ fine (small duplication acceptable, avoids importing E-019 which runs its own main guard? E-019 has `if __name__ == "__main__"` presumably; importing it would execute module-level code = E16 import again + constants only — but its module level executes `_spec.loader.exec_module(E16)` again — heavy. Avoid importing E-019. My copy is fine.)
12. V3 lattice tolerance ±2: at a=4, lattice = 382; E-016 located counts may differ by 1-2 near truncation edge ✓.
13. O5 random points: fixed seed ✓.
Fix issues 2/4/10 and quick-test the Toeplitz solve on a small case before the long run.
Fixing three issues before the run: a leftover junk import line, and the V2 refinement must use matching (x, h) pairs.
