← Session 27 — ii′-5c/5d: Davenport disc + FE-reflection bounds

LiReflect.lean compiles completely clean — no errors, no warnings (the unused simp args got trimmed, the push_cast no-op removed).
Now:
1. Add LiReflect to the root import (NguyenRH1.lean).
2. Full build green.
3. Axiom audit of the new decls.
