The derivations/index.md edit failed — the D-008 row wasn't found. I registered D-008 in the SQLite db but apparently never added it to derivations/index.md! Let me check the file and fix.
One edit failed — D-008 was never added to the derivations index (it went to SQLite only). Fixing now.
