LiCircleBound hasn't been built (it's not root-imported, so the build never compiled it). Build it first: `lake build NguyenRH1.LiCircleBound` (will compile the file into olean), then compile LiSqueeze. Or just `lake build NguyenRH1.LiSqueeze` which will build the dependency LiCircleBound first. That's the cleanest: `lake build NguyenRH1.LiSqueeze`.
